The company specialise in major brands and are proud distributors of Rizla, Zig Zag, Swan, RAW, Bull-Brand and Ronson products.Responsibilties:- Taking orders via telephone, website or in person within our showroom, from customers.- Using Sage to take customer orders and produce a pick list to then give to the order picking team.- Completing orders by taking payment and producing Invoices.- Supporting the order picking team, ensuring all orders are picked in a fast and accurate manner.- Offer my suggestions on new product lines that should be introduced. - Manage the ecommerce side of the business which includes selling on our own Trade website, Amazon and Ebay.- Responsible for the start up of our new consumer website.- Opening and closing the warehouse at times.- Attend exhibitions and shows to meet with Suppliers, Customers and to find new products to introduce in our offerings.- Occasionaly deal with customer service on Ebay and Amazon- Make tea and coffee for sale reps, suppliers and customers.- Actively involved in meetings with sales reps and suppliers.- Contributing to the development of marketing materials, such as trade website and the new consumer website.- Managing all complaints and issues that arise.- Manage and Introduce new systems to ensure efficiency is always improving.
