  Project: Case Load Management for Michigan State’s Social Workers Client: Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (Public Sector & Health Care) | Technical Environment: J2EE, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Tableau, Oracle SQL Server, Microsoft Visio, Rational Clear QuestDuring this role, I organized Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with key users, social workers, Director of the MDHHS, and subject matter experts to identify business requirements. I also determined functional requirements and authored specification documents, such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity and Sequence Diagrams by employing human-centric design approach. I was accountable to collaborate with UX designers to develop storyboards and screen mockups for incorporation of users’ feedback.   Project: Financial Risk Data Lake Platform | Client: Wells Fargo (Banking & Financial Services)Title: Senior Product Consultant In this role, I led a data mapping team to deliver a business solution to help the client organize previously unstructured data for seamless and fully automated regulatory. Developed data lake for financial risk data by identifying and prioritizing requirements, determining existing source system(s) for data within the bank, and finalizing as well as onboarding data elements. Moreover, I outlined product roadmap for FY22 releases in accordance with bank’s regulatory reporting live filing. One of my main duties is to mentor and guide to new team members. I also engage with several stakeholders, including client's business team, development team, and data architecture team, while leading Deloitte's internal team to provide required financial risk data for regulatory reporting purposes.
