  Experienced actuary and trusted adviser to sponsors and trustees seeking to make a difference to the financial management of DB pension schemes and the design of workplace pensions and savings.Over the last 20 years, I have had the honour of working with a number of the largest DB schemes and organisations in the UK & Ireland (including 15 FTSE100 companies and a number of Fortune 500 companies) and helped them in achieving successful benefit reform, designing and implementing new pensions financing strategies, and supporting schemes develop endgame strategies to secure members' full benefits.I believe passionately in trying to help Government and regulators to develop positive progressive policies to solve some of our most challenging pensions and savings issues; collaborating with industry colleagues and stakeholders through my roles at the Association of Consulting Actuaries and as an adviser to the 100 Group Pensions Committee.
