Quality control as Illustrated below, • In charge of Installation of the steel structures( chipping, padding, Alignment ,Torque tightening and grouting ) • Preparing and witnessing of welders’ qualification test as per site requirements • Post survey completion by Surveyor provides access for right of way for the piping activity.• Ensure all welding/piping activities are performed in accordance with relevant ITP, codes, standards and project specifications • Interpretation of radiography films according to ASME 31.1 & ASME 31.3 • Monitoring fabrication, welding and NDT activities as per relevant procedures and standards• Monitoring Preheating and post weld heat treatments for alloys and thick CS pipes• Coordinating with the client inspector to ensure that the hold point inspection as per ITP• Reviewing of subcontractors’ quotation for NDT • Preparing mockup samples and witness welders’ qualification test for hot tapping works• Preparing and following up the arrangements for hot tapping works for 42” seem weld natural gas line,40”ss service water lines&20” gas oil line (welding map, NDT, flange torque tightening , pneumatic testing & Tapping)• Conduct holiday tests to check any damage to the pipe wrapping while lowering of pipes • Preparing WPS & PQR for corrosion resistance ( overlay ) Works• Preparing test package prior to the hydro test• Following up reinstatement of pipe lines and closing of punch list • Monitoring preheating ,welding, NDT , PWHT ,Hardness &PMI of similar and dissimilar materials of alloys (grades P11,P22 & P91 ((BSR & ASR)) ) Show less
