Work/project-1: A multi-modal logistics hub (MMLH) is being set up at the EXIM Park in the western sector of Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT) at an estimated cost of Rs 211.02 crore. Role: In MMLH project following Construction works done. o 1). 1.2 Km Railway line construction o 2). Civil and structural erection of 10,000 Sq. Ambient temperature Warehouse, 2,900 Sq. Temperature controlled Warehouse, o 3). Construction of 23 no’s individual amenities total built-up area is 28,000 Sq. o 4). Construction of 33 acres of heavy-duty Pavement along with Geogrid and geotextile and respective mechanical layers like WMM, GSB, M50 grade interlocking paver blocks.  Planning and overseeing execution of the complete gamut of civil jobs.  Management of PMC in terms of review, finalization and approval of specifications, design & drawings, work schedules, payments, etc.  Overseeing all tendering and job certification matters related to civil works to be undertaken. Monitoring work progress, deployment, and utilization of resources.  Review, report and initiate necessary actions to ensure timely completion of civil jobs of the project within approved cost.
