      My main responsibilities were: the company management and business development; markets analysis and team management; communications with leading casual games publishers (RealArcade, BigFishGames and so on). Our company was one of the first companies which begun shareware (casual) games development in Russia. Our most famous games were Brave Dwarves and Brave Dwarves 2. In 2005, our game "Brave Dwarves: Creeping Shadows" won the "Best game" award on the largest Russian game developer conference.Also, I was engaged in the management of some projects (budgeting, planning and control projects; game design and game balance; outsourcers management (search, relations, tasking and results control).       While working in this position, I:- analized market and communicated with publishers.- discussed project requirements, prepared terms of reference;- developed plans,- organized, coordinatув and controled the team;- managed tasks and monitored their quality and implementation time;- designed games and its balance.We used close to the Scrum methods: short iterations, prioritizing tasks to obtain high-quality versions in a timely manner.We created more than 20ty PC and Mac games for different companies: Playdom, National Geographic, UniClick, BigFishGames, Mail.ru Inc., Realore and so on.
