  Project Student in Sustainable Logistics

  The first task was creation of a sustainability carbon dioxide baseline. Secondly, according to the European Green Deal, to set a target for the reduction of the carbon footprint. The baseline was translated in relation to the aforementioned target to see the real reduction which must be done in terms of percentage. Lastly, the creation of two operational optimization proposals which reduce the carbon footprint to the desired level and a strategic advice on the introduction of Electric Trucks into the goods flow.
