      Billing Manager and Office Manager position. I directed all billing and customer accounts for a growing Safety Contractor Supplying business. Conducted and implemented procedures. Did all tax returns for multiple states. Helped oversee financial reporting, financial audits, G/L, A/R, and fixed-asset accounting in accordance with GAAP standards and other finical standards. Develop and manage external financial relationships (e.g., banks, insurers, auditors) and constantly look for ways to strengthen overall financial performances.Key results:• Did the billing and rental billing for all 7 locations and sent the invoices to all customers, daily. • Built finely tuned accounting procedures.
