  At Magic Bus India Foundation, I began my journey as a Training and Monitoring Officer, and over the course of two years, I was promoted to the position of Youth Development Officer. In this role, I focused on monitoring the progress of young individuals, particularly in the area of livelihood, where they often struggled to sustain themselves over the long term. As part of the livelihood program, I worked closely with young people to conduct comprehensive needs assessments (CNA) and create personalized development plans (PDP) that addressed their unique challenges and aspirations. Through individual counseling sessions, I helped them identify opportunities for career growth and provided exposure to various career paths available in the market. Show less The Magic Bus India Foundation is a non-profit organization that focuses on empowering underprivileged children and youth in society, helping them transition from childhood to livelihood. In September 2011, I joined the foundation as a Training and Monitoring Officer in Mumbai, leading a team 5 staff along with125 young volunteers called Community Youth Leaders initiated our Sports for Development (S4D) program in different locations of Thane & Navi Mumbai Districts. In this role, I trained community youths and our Youth Mentors to deliver high-quality outcomes in areas such as leadership skills, health, gender, education, and livelihood.
