Played a key role in stages 1 to 6. Registered Candidate Construction Project Manager with the SACPCMP. - Clean energy & decarbonization: Developed a tool to dispel the notion that green buildings cost more than conventional. Presented this at a Townhall to the Africa business. Played a key role in developing a Net Zero strategy for an IT company with offices and data centres across South Africa. Tasked with getting the African business to reach Turner & Townsend's 2030 net zero targets.- Facilities Management: Updated and modernized the annual HEFMA benchmark survey.- Digital transformation: Ran the Matterport and Holobuilder service offering for the Africa business (in addition to introducing Holobuilder to the business).
