  During my early career journey at an IT and computer hardware/software company, I began as a computer technician. My foundational skills in hardware assembly proved invaluable as the company expanded into institutional education. Notably, I played a pivotal role in assembling 300 to 400 computers for a major contract with a leading bank in Iran, honing my technical expertise and problem-solving abilities while emphasizing the importance of organization and teamwork in an IT environment. Despite tight deadlines, I worked tirelessly to ensure success, contributing to post-sales services and troubleshooting to enrich my skill set further.As my tenure progressed, I advanced from technical support and IT technician roles to the position of supervisor, and eventually, to IT manager. Embracing the company's expansion into education, I transitioned into a teaching role, imparting ICDL skills to over 500 individuals, including seasoned professionals over 40 years old. This experience not only challenged me but also revealed my natural talent for effective communication and knowledge transfer, earning recognition as one of the institute's top instructors. Stepping into roles of increased responsibility, such as institute supervisor and manager, marked the culmination of a fulfilling journey shaped by the support and mentorship of my colleagues and company leadership.Furthermore, I pursued additional learning opportunities, studying network+ and independently managing servers to ensure the functionality of over 100 computers for classes. Despite the challenges posed by the era of dial-up internet, I adeptly navigated tools like ISA server and Microsoft technologies, often dedicating countless nights to troubleshooting and problem-solving. Back in 2004, I was entrusted with a significant responsibility: educating Iranian customers, primarily big corporations, on e-banking processes and online transactions. At the time, online banking was a new and complex concept for many, leading to delays of up to weeks for simple transactions due to multiple authorization processes. My role involved preparing IT basics and instructions, connecting clients to the internet, and teaching them how to navigate the bank's web applications. This included tasks such as checking balances, making batch payments, and obtaining authorization remotely from decision-makers worldwide. Despite the challenges posed by clients, many of whom were over 50 years old and unfamiliar with technology, my prior experience in teaching computers proved invaluable. Working closely with the Burjman Office of Standard Chartered Bank, I collaborated with exceptional colleagues and managers who provided comprehensive training and support. Our mission was clear: to create effective, innovative products to support communities in their fight against the virus.Utilizing my background in Bode Chemie, a german leading sanitizer company, along with expertise in marketing, business development, and sales strategy, we swiftly developed a unique brand. We prioritized quality and safety by using ABS material for our hand sanitizer dispensers, distinguishing ourselves from competitors who used metal, which isn't suitable for medical purposes.Teaming up with an electronics expert, we combined our skills to produce touchless and fully automatic dispensers. We crafted four designs tailored to various needs, ranging from small, one-liter models for individuals to larger sizes suitable for hospitals, hotels, medical facilities, pharmacies, companies, factories, sports complexes, and beauty salons.Our distribution network spanned across Iran, reaching hospitals in every city and catering to diverse industries.
