Throughout my summers as an instructor, my communication skills were enhanced through my interactions with both parents and their children. Learning how to maintain a child's interest while simultaneously incorporating learning served as quite the challenge, however, it turned out to be very rewarding. By the end of each week, I could always be confident that I had taught them important teamwork and sportsmanlike skills along with a love for physical activity.
