      I interned with MOCSA as a Prevention Intern during the Fall semester of 2018. With this title, I traveled to numerous schools in the Kansas City area and taught Project Aware to children in pre-K to 6th grade. I educated the students on body safety and taught adults their role in preventing sexual abuse. With this internship I gained hours of training on prevention for sexual abuse, suicide intervention, and professional development.
