Creation of a new innovation governance & organization of international and cross-functional experts.Team 20+ persons - Budget > 100 M€, Business impact > 2.7 Bn€ Member of the zone executive board. Expatriated in India 7y and responsible for establishing the new Technical Direction encompassing Mechanical, Chemical, Process Engineering, and Physics field of expertise, to develop truck tire innovation across India, the Middle East, China, and the broader Asian market. It was a real pleasure to lead and develop young talents up to senior positions.Team 70+ persons.
