  Key linkage between the business and the project teams for 2 major business super projects. The first was a product upgrade to our flagship corporate super product and the second was the migration of over 100,000 members to this product and system. Successfully managed change requests, data integrity, insurance migration, issues management, defect prioritisation and post project handover.I also project managed the setup of our MySuper relationship management framework project. Managed a team of 10 people in both Sydney and Melbourne to deliver all MLC's annual statements on time, with quality. Main focus was to improve the process and customer experience each year.
