In my role, I am the chief executive of an organization that has roughly 300 members, has an annual budget of around $250,000 and has a collection of senators in the Ohio State University Senate. My priorities include strategic policy interests in safety, college affordability, fiscal management, academic success and relationships with local, state and federal government officials. University Senate at Ohio State University is the governing body of the university that ultimately makes final recommendations to the Board of Trustees. This is all done through legislative work in committees, which if pass, go to the Senate floor for consideration.

This includes work in incentives, site selection, tax-related matters, and other elements tied to major investment decisions.I operate as the state tax desk for Credits and Incentives for the State of Ohio. I lead account work for publicly traded companies, including Fortune 25, Fortune 50, Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Have performed negotiations and credits and incentives work in more than 40 states for a variety of clients. Have assisted companies meet their strategic growth objectives with large capital investment projects. Project portfolio includes tech, data centers, artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, retail, commercial, office, energy, and healthcare. Show less
