Nov 2020 - Jul 2022I led the operational team of paid media, consisting of 4 senior analysts, serving brands within the alcoholic beverage sector of Pernod Ricard, with a special focus on Absolut Vodka, Beefeater Gin, Ballantines, and Chivas Whisky.Together, we planned, activated, and reported on wonderful awareness campaigns, with robust media strategies integrating online and offline channels. We reported excellent results with quality media tracking using tools such as IAS and Campaign Manager, and we witnessed the real growth of the brands with the assistance of Nielsen research and brand lift studies from the platforms.On a day-to-day basis, my role was to lead the team by prioritizing demands, organizing timelines, guiding the analysts, training and teaching them to use new platforms, providing support, and actively participating in the strategic planning of the campaigns. I also interfaced with other departments within the agency, such as the offline team, creative team, business intelligence (BI), social media, and more.
