  Since May 2012, for personal and family reasons, I moved back to India and was working in Chennai with one of the subsidiaries of Philips India. As part of the assignment, I was working with one of the recent acquisitions of Philips in India, helping with the Post Merger Integration process in Finance, Implementation of Internal Control Systems and assisting with preparation of future business expansion plans.

  Since Feb 2015, I moved back to Philips India Limited, as General Manager - Internal Controls. I supported countries in Growth Markets & Greater China (i.e. ASEAN, India, China, and Middle East). I worked with colleagues in Finance and other functions (such as Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance etc.) to help perform the Internal Controls, as per the standards set by Signify Global, to comply with the Dutch requirements relating to Internal Controls on Financial Reporting.
