  Coaching teams during the startup period of an agile journey. Coaching a pilot agile team in the non-agile organisation. A lot of trial and error using Kanban and Scrum trying to get a good flow and the right people in the team despite the waterfall environment.Also scrum mastering a cross-functional (but immature), hardware oriented, supplier dependent team. Mostly focusing on handling the conflict between backlog-driven work and event-driven work using Scrum, in cooperation with the product owner.
