  Hired to run the back end financial and POS processes as well as negotiate with vendors for this start-up craft beer franchise. The company was on the cusp of opening a second location but opted for an expansion. I negotiated the lease and set up another start-up within the space, Golf On Tap, consisting of two golf simulators. I assist with marketing plans for both businesses. Product waste has been decreased by over 10% with regular staff education. During the pandemic, I identified, applied, and was approved for multiple interest free loans and grants totaling over $300K. Show less
