Transitioned to the shipping department where along with my counterpart implemented assigned sections for coordinators/clerk to increase accountability and floor presence. Used audit sheets and scheduled walks to help with follow up. Resulted in sustained improvements in areas such as safety, load quality, and load cube maximization.
