Served as the lead office member for the 2007 Walk the Villages Program, coordinating with towns and villages involved with the program to promote local business and healthy living. This included coordinating monthly walks with representatives from each participating municipality.

  As assistant director of alumni engagement and external relations, I am responsible for planning and managing programs and events involving alumni, the business and nonprofit communities and School of Management faculty and staff. My role involves:- Planning and executing the office of alumni engagement's robust schedule of yearly events, including the Alumni Association's signature event - the Annual Awards Banquet which showcases the -Serving as the Alumni Association's point of contact for the School of Management's Academic Series Sponsorship of the UB Distinguished Speaker Series-Managing the School's high school financial literacy efforts through the on-line tool MoneySKILL, as well as partnering with the UB School of Management undergraduate honors students to bring financial literacy, through MoneySKILL, to Western New York non-profit organizations for their employees and clients-Coordinating with the School's global programs office to connect students with alumni through faculty-led trips to major US cities-Serving as staff liaison to the School of Management Alumni Association Board of Directors' events and golf committee-Serving as liaison to the UB Office of Alumni Engagement for the Webinar Wednesday series, Business & Brews young alumni event and Homecoming Weekend planning committee-Serving as the School of Management liaison to the university-wide steering committee for the United Way UB Employees Campaign for the Community, chairing the campaign celebration committee and leading the university-wide planning effort for the campaign-end celebration event Show less
