Through understanding interaction, our proprietary Persona technology is revolutionizing how brands market to people with more relevant targeting, meaningful messaging and actionable insights for our clients’ global media campaigns.Responsibilities:• Recruitment – helped grow the team from 25 to 60 in 18 months. This included liaising with hiring managers to define vacancy requirements, writing and advertising job descriptions, direct headhunting, scheduling interviews and conducting competency interviews.• Ownership of the full onboarding and offboarding process including conducting welcome sessions and exit interviews, carrying out pre-employment checks and producing offer packs.• Managing all Maternity and Paternity leave arrangements and advising employees on their legal rights and company policy.• Assisting the HR Director with PIP’s and redundancies; this included taking minutes, reviewing and redefining PIP objectives with managers and all associated admin.• Assisted the HR Director with the Annual Review process including benchmarking, levelling, suggested compensation and training managers on the process.• Providing advice and managing the benefits scheme; including implementing a corporate gym membership, writing a benefits handbook and running overview sessions for employees on passing probation.• Project managed Affectv’s first HR software (PeopleHR) within budget and time specifications.• Processing visa sponsorship for international employees.• Processing the monthly payroll.• Creating a training calendar to support the L&D objectives.• Responsible for all HR admin.       EDC is a group of marketing services companies comprised of Dare (the New Digital agency), Elvis (customer experience, digital and direct) and Identica (branding and design). My role at EDC was to be the HR contact for Dare, I provided advice and guidance to employees and managers and coordinated the daily HR tasks.Responsibilities:•Lead a redundancy process as a result of Dare’s acquisition and exit from EDC. This involved advising managers on policy, process and meeting content, preparing scripts, taking minutes, drafting all paperwork and answering any questions the employees/managers might have.•Assisted my Head of HR during a TUPE process; my role involved being the HR contact in meetings, taking minutes and answering any questions throughout the process.•Processed all Maternity and Paternity leave and pay arrangements and advising on flexible working.•Responsible for coordinating the onboarding and probation processes including conducting welcome sessions, 6 week check ins with both the employee and manager and providing admin support.•Responsible for the leaver process including conducting and analysing exit interviews.•Providing advice and processing all benefits.•Responsible for submitting Dare’s payroll each month.•Coordinating work experience placements and freelancers.•Conducting an employee records audit.•Responsible for all HR admin and supporting the Head of HR as necessary.
