She is one of the few CSAT (IITAP Certified Sex Addiction Therapists) in Asia. Her experience also includes designing and delivering mental health training for seafarers and presentation skills programmes, writing and editing books and university teaching. Professional Based in Hong Kong for many years, Anna decided to focus on relationships, trauma, substance abuse and addiction counselling a decade ago and completed a Master’s Degree in Counselling from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia in 2016.
