  My professional career kicked off with an exciting yet challenging role designing OEM automotive products for Ford Motor Company Australia. As a member of the R&D team, I worked closely with the customer to develop, enhance and integrate electronic products into the complex vehicle system. This included delivering conceptual ideas to market and managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.

  Manage the delivery of network technology projects in alignment with the strategic program and the business delivery framework. Leading cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, my role focused on undertaking rapid experimentation of new ideas, systems or solutions to prove business value before seeking business endorsement to scale. This includes technology evaluations, system design proposals, integration activities and third-party service and/or technology provider management. Show less As part of the Network Intelligence and Data Analytics Group, my role included working on specialised projects within our broader ‘Network for the Future’ strategic program. In consultation with key stakeholders, I led projects to evaluate new ideas and develop proposed solutions through evaluating both new and existing technologies. This included new AMI system add-on services and features to support smart grid/smart city opportunities, as well as new end-to-end IoT solutions to remotely collect and analyse network data to drive better business outcomes. Show less This engineering leadership role primarily focused on providing subject matter expertise and engineering guidance on Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technology, software and operations. This included leading capability enhancements and uplifting projects to ensure ongoing regulatory and business compliance. The role also included leading next generation projects relating to new, disruptive technologies such IoT and cloud solutions to explore new business opportunities through technology and data. Show less As part of the Victorian Government’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) roll-out, my role included the realisation of a Home Area Network (HAN) product that enabled residential customers to view their historical and real-time electricity consumption data, and provide the ability to control smart devices within their home. I was given the challenging task to bring the product to market, and provide the on-going system maintenance, software enhancements and upgrades to ensure both regulatory obligation and customers' needs were met.
