Project Flow – Worked with large and complex data sets and stakeholders throughoutSprint, including VP of Network SA. This initiative reduced alarms by 60%.Project Backdraft (follow up to Flow) – Focused on ways to improve and scale resources through ticket reduction/reallocation. Small Cells Project – Assisted in development of OSS tool requirements and Service Assurance Tier 1 monitoring processes/LOE's to support the deployment of Sprint’sPICO and Mini-Macro cell sites. Aided in the resolution of network events by providing oversight, engaging the appropriate personnel and ensuring that escalations were being completed in a24/7/365 operation.Created network outage templates for communicating to Sprint Senior leadership. These templates increased efficient and quality and my efforts were recognized with the “Run Towards the Bull” award.Trained and mentored new technicians.
