      ● Formulate and draft policies and technical processes on data and information in enterprise systems, including governance, protection and sharing, retention, lifecycle management, and website navigation architecture.● Design and conduct training programs focused on information management, handling of sensitive data, and effective use of enterprise information platforms. These courses emphasize practical skills and awareness, enhancing the organization's overall data literacy and information handling capabilities.● Provide expert advisory services to high-profile entities such as the International Court of Justice, UN Office of Counter-Terrorism, IIIM-Syria, and the Economic Commission for Europe, covering areas such as information management, workflow analysis, and data retention policies, contributing to their strategic data management practices.● Facilitate bi-monthly UN system-wide working group focusing on digital information management. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, guiding discussions, and leading collaborative efforts to enhance digital information practices across the organization.● Responsible for communications and publications related to information management. This encompasses the creation and distribution of articles, broadcast emails, maintenance of intranet pages, and the development of knowledge management portals, ensuring that vital information is accurately and effectively disseminated organization-wide. My role involved overseeing the team's operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.● Modernization of Reference Services: Pioneered the creation of policies, guidance materials, and processes aimed at modernizing reference services. This included overseeing the digitization of archives, the description and declassification of highly sensitive materials, and the appraisal of archival content, enhancing the accessibility and security of critical information.● Enhancement of Archival Systems: Worked on the update and improvement of metadata systems, collection knowledge, and overall archival organization. My focus was on creating more efficient, user-friendly, and accurate archival systems, ensuring a high standard of information management and retrieval.● Global Advisory Services: Provided comprehensive assessment and advisory services to peace operations around the world. This role involved offering strategic guidance and expertise to facilitate effective information management and decision-making processes in complex and dynamic environments.● Public Outreach and Online Engagement: Initiated and sustained a public outreach program that included organizing tours, professional events, and enhancing online engagement through the Archives website, subject guides, intranet, and social media platforms.
