This role involved offering strategic guidance and expertise to facilitate effective information management and decision-making processes in complex and dynamic environments.● Public Outreach and Online Engagement: Initiated and sustained a public outreach program that included organizing tours, professional events, and enhancing online engagement through the Archives website, subject guides, intranet, and social media platforms.
