      Rambler & Co is the oldest Internet company in Russia and an owner of one of the biggest Internet portals in Russia.My main focus was gathering financial and HR data, analyzing it, and providing reports regularly or ad hoc. The challenge was that the reports were expected to be built quickly and the raw data was stored in several dozen databases.I developed several MS Excel spreadsheets that gathered the required data from various bases, proceeded with them, and generated the reports, i.e.:• personnel costs of every product or project including salary, tax, and expected salary reviews;workplace attendance statistics and dashboards;• distribution of personnel costs by projects and products according to timesheets from Jira;• monthly P&L reports on personnel costs, plan-fact analysis, and search for deviation causes.I significantly reduced the time required for generating reports and contributed to a more accurate financial analysis, planning, and execution of wage funds. I am responsible for a wide range of employee development areas to offer my colleagues the most relevant, in-demand, and effective educational products.Among the results achieved, I would highlight the following:• introduced a system of uniform requirements for competencies and career tracks in more than 10 organizations within Gazprom Neft Downstream;• our educational products have won several HR awards as the most effective solutions in corporate L&D;• the average level of compliance with the requirements of competencies has increased by 38%;• NPS scores for L&D quality and availability doubled;• the average rating of our educational products according to employees' feedback is 4.8 out of 5.To achieve these results I:• developed a system of ‘resource pools’ which establishes requirements for employees in terms of their competencies level and keep it up to date according to the rapid changes in local business processes or in the external environment;• organize a procedure for regular employee assessment, including the development of assessment tools and their validation, and analyze data obtained from it;• communicate with business managers at different levels to collect a request for priority areas of study and challenges facing the company;• design from scratch and develop educational products and events, both offline and online, using resources of my team, internal business experts, and internal providers;• promote our educational products within and outside Gazprom Neft to increase our target audience's awareness and share our best practice with the L&D community.
