The challenge was that the reports were expected to be built quickly and the raw data was stored in several dozen databases.I developed several MS Excel spreadsheets that gathered the required data from various bases, proceeded with them, and generated the reports, i.e.:• personnel costs of every product or project including salary, tax, and expected salary reviews;workplace attendance statistics and dashboards;• distribution of personnel costs by projects and products according to timesheets from Jira;• monthly P&L reports on personnel costs, plan-fact analysis, and search for deviation causes.I significantly reduced the time required for generating reports and contributed to a more accurate financial analysis, planning, and execution of wage funds.
