The RR desk ultimately eliminates the complexity and volume of information associated with generic broad based service or call centre environments. RR value is single point of contact for all service delivery needs. RR promotes a culture of consultative engagement with our clients, to make recommendations and assist client with technical requirements.This operational environment currently hosts 120 of the most Elite Internet Solutions clients and is manned by 91 employees nationally. This includes all contractual reporting and obligations. • Accountable for the monthly internal Client Business Review pack and presentation.
