  I was promoted to Project Manager after one year of effective and enthusiastic work. Despite many colleagues having more experience, I was chosen, and I take great pride in this achievement. At ITG, I successfully completed 22 ERP projects for 17 companies across diverse industries. Fresh out of school, I was assigned the company’s most challenging and delayed projects. Despite this, I learned quickly, embraced the tasks without hesitation, and made a great impression on the company’s manager. Within just six months, I was awarded the title of Employee of the Year.
