  Teaching Assistant - Tutor

  I first worked as a teaching assistant to gain experience in teaching. As a part of my job, I monitored student's activities and check their homework. My first hands-on experience was to instruct students with SAT's grammar. I later widened the scope with Reading sections.I left the job after eight months of working because the company changed its office location and there were inconveniences in commuting to work.

  English Tutor

  Conducted SAT, TOEFL, IELTS classes for more than 100 students through 1-1 tutoring class. Helped 80% students achieved their target score. Best-score students: 2 students scored 780/800 on Verbal section of the SAT test. 90% of students scored at least 600/800 on the Verbal section. 90% of students scored 6.5+ on IELTS Writing.

  Founder

  I established this non-profit organization to share my experiences in learning English as well as to promote the Facebook page as an English teaching website. I stopped the project to focus on acquiring knowledge regarding Administration and Marketing.

  English Second Language Tutor

  Coordinated with American Study to teach SAT and Grammar to classes of 4 and 12 students.Carried out online training sessions, including but not limited to choosing online platforms and setting up learning management systems, during the Covid-19 pandemic.

  SAT/IELTS Senior Teacher

  Conducted SAT, TOEFL, and IELTS preparation class for teenagers and adults. Developed materials for the Digital SAT Test on the Verbal section.Carried out Business English classes for adults. Adult students came from Tiki Corp., DSKH, KOCCA Korea.

  IELTS Teacher

  Conducted IELTS tutoring 1:1 class and pairing 2:1 class.Facilitated Reading/Listening cycle class for classes ranging from 10-20 students.Contributed to material development projects.
