  Duells was Scandinavia’s largest distributor of accessories, equipment and parts in the motorcycle, bicycle, snow-mobile and marine businesses. The company changed its name to Bihr in 2016 and is a part of the Moteo Group, engaged in similar activities in several companies across Europe. I was part of the management team and had direct staff responsibility for two marketing communicators as well as many cross-functional interactions with internal stakeholders, mainly Product Management, IT and Sales. I had the main responsibility for marketing and communication, which among other things included:Strategy, budget and planning: Development of business and marketing plans. Marketing budget, communication plans as well as market research and customer surveys. Digital and social media: Development of website and e-commerce, social media strategy and content creation, SEO. PR and media relations: Active contacts with press and media to establish Duells as the leading industry spokesperson as well as reach out with product and company news. Advertising, publications and campaigns: Everything from agency cooperation to media planning. Extensive in-house production of both digital content and print as well as campaign and sales materials. Events and sponsorship: Planning and execution of both public exhibitions, VIP events and dealer training courses. Sponsorship projects such as Duells Supercross at Ullevi, Vasaloppet (CykelVasan) and Göteborgsgirot.Other communications: such as development and ensuring of the company’s visual identity, customer magazines, internal communications, etc. Show less
