Following my departure, the bank was purchased by Bank of America.

      I pursued the adaptive reuse of historic buildings into affordable housing in Kansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma. The primary sources of funding for my projects included Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), federal and state historic tax credits, FHLB Affordable Housing Program funds and federal HOME funds.

      I pursue affordable housing developments in Kansas and Nebraska utilizing primarily Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits and historic tax credits. After working with Cohen-Esrey Real Estate for 20 years first as a commercial real estate agent for office properties and then as a developer of affordable housing, I decided to go on my own. I am also building single family homes with my brother, Dan Quigley of Quigley Custom Homes.
