    A few years ago, before even I started my carrier as a Chef, I even could not cook the egg & never imagined I will fall in love with Chef job after I discover it! First time in my life I was inspired by culinary professionals in London Restaurants. My journey started at London restaurants and I have been influenced by preparing meals, developing new dishes and menus, and guiding the overall direction of the kitchen in a big way. 15+ years’ proven extensive gastronomic experience working as a chef in a top-notch fine dining and casual dining restaurants like: Le Palais Du Jardin, Gaucho Grill, O’Leary’s, Apogees, Ha-ha bar & grill, Fillet and Zaytoon. 2011 I been involving to open first Gaucho restaurant brunch in Dubai. 2016 opening team (Time hotels) first franchise Swedish American restaurant O’Leary’s. 2017 i joined ADDmind group (executive chef) and lead Indie and Gaucho restaurants at Dubai. For this period, I have been known as innovative thinker with a strong Restaurant knowledge. Demonstrated success in high pressure environments like O2 Arena restaurants. Recognized for maximizing performance by implementing appropriate kitchen operation flow and organizing menu preparation strategies, through analyzing food trends in area. In the beginning of 2020 Pandemic, I decided to launch Restaurant projects in my home country with partners.
