Show less Tier 1 role supports clients issues related to the ICDT tool. Support requires team members to monitor a Client Chat room and/or respond to emails related to clients issues. This requires knowledge of Webservices in general, but also languages like XML, Schemas, WSDL's, XSLT's, HTML or Transformations. Some of tools that we use daily are Sonic MQ, XML spy, Interscope and of course ICDT. Tier1 also gets requests from clients from creating test data, test case reactions, validating data against the AID schema, or building new API's to support the clients testing needs. ICDT support two testing environment, PT (Performance Test) and FT (Functional Testing). PT environment is used to support volume, or stress testing, FT is generally used to support Unit testing, but is also used to help clients run GUI based environment for training purposes. Tier1 also creates the test scenario maps and performs data validation testing for AMDOCS Clarify/OMS system testing. This requires research for each release to identify scope. We need to review AID's and IDT's in detail to identify potential impacts to clients services. Analysis of issues requires use of Toad and SQL to research databases. When we have system issues we need to check out system log's and Monitor Interscope for performance of Either Apache, JBOSS, or JMS systems. There is a great variety of client teams that we support either unit, system or environments that we support.
