Overview

In the upper-right corner of any In.Inc page, click on your initials to access Account Settings.

It is also possible to edit or delete the limit you customize if necessary.

Your available options will depend on your role—User, Manager, or Admin. From here, you can:

  • Adjust permissions.
  • Update billing information.
  • Manage tags.
  • Edit privacy and export settings.

In the Settings menu, you can also manage credit usage and availability for both monthly and bulk credits.

Note: The settings you can access may vary based on your role and your organization's subscription plan.

My profile

You can access Settings either from the left panel or by clicking on your initials in the top-right corner.

The first tab in Settings is My Profile, where you can view your personal details—

  • To edit your Full Name, click on the name field, make the changes, and then click the 'Tick’ icon to save the changes.
  • Your Email Address cannot be changed. For assistance, please contact Customer Support.
  • You can reset your password by clicking 'Reset'. A verification link will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the link to complete the reset process.
