  To ensure efficient functioning of the 11KV Distribution Network Operations and in the event of occurrence of any fault(s), resume power supply to the affected area as early as possible, either by isolating and rectifying the fault and/or by back feeding the affected areas where possible.To monitor and balance the load of 11KV feeders and grid power transformers.To monitor feeder tripping and analyze faults on the 11KV feeders.To coordinate with all relevant centers and departments for prompt action(s) and resolution of feeder tripping – consisting of both normal tripping (transient feeder tripping) and surge tripping (feeder tripping due to overload).To develop new strategies for the purpose of reduction in tripping and other faults.To arrange shutdowns for maintenance and expansion of the distribution network as and when required by various departments.To energize new feeders and sub-stations.To ensure proper recording and documentation of faults and feeder tripping.To coordinate with Underground Maintenance (UGM), Substation Maintenance (SSM) and Maintenance and Complain (M&C) department for maintenance purposes.Maintain back feeding record of feeders in order to analyze accurate losses of the feederTo supervise substations preventive maintenance programs and to rectify substation faults.To monitor and rectify underground cable faults.Proper monitoring and implementation of safety policies.
