  Deltog i et projekt, hvor NTU - på vegne af Verdensbanken - overvåger restaurering og udbygning af det overordnede vejnet i Albanien. Indebærer 1 - 2 besøg på stedet pr år, hver af 1 - 2 ugers varighed. Projektet er sluttet i 2021. Opgaven bestod i at overvåge entreprenørernes (4 i alt) og den rådgivende ingeniørs overholdelse af kontraktens krav til kvalitet og kvalitetsperformance.Med udgang af 2022 er min tilknytning til NTU ophørt.
