Connected with 20+ leaders in fidelity from Marketing, Product Experience on Fid.com & Mobile, Finance, Experimentation & Tech teams to come up with relevant KPI’s for the new product Revenue Analysis: Reports sent to Abby Johnson’s L2(Fidelity CEO) on Business Impact of the product Net new money into Fidelity, Gross collection from Plans, Annual projected total, security /CUSIP level analysis, Enrolment Rates etc.Navigation & Retention KPI’s: CTR conversions, bounce off Rates, Completion rates for Different products and Channels Demographics of people opting for the product etc. Experimentation Projects: A/B tests on new product launches in Brokerage Experience Trading Dashboard: Created a Tableau Dashboard which represents volumes for Trading activities and traders.
