      Following the servant-leadership idea, my primary focus was the growth and well-being of the community i belong to. As most senior developer in IBM BAW in the squad i am part of, i took the lead in building the app according to the best practices and the initial time estimations. Analyse the data collected from meeting reports. Create reports for business pipeline and potential for new deals- Provide functional and 1st level admin support to Sales Managers with working with Oracle Siebel CRM- Consult Sales Managers and provide indept knowledge for specific lending products such as EU funded programs, SEPP, project financing, corporate credit cards, others- Standardise way of work in Sales and Targeting Process and Lending Origination and Maintenance Process. Write procedures, manuals ,forms onboarding materials and others for implementing the standardisation. Create SLAs for defined tasks in different departments and measure them on monthly base. Create overall business process management steering creating reports and conducting regular meetings with different stackeholders. Find bottlenecks and propose ideas for process improvements. - Advise Sales Managers on working with and interpreting the results of Customer Profitabily Assessment system for every new loan, aiming to maximise return on risk weighted assets 收回 - Prepare regular as well as adhoc reports to Managers regarding income,cost,volumes and other objectives- Collect data and support Controlling team in preparing forecasts and budgets for different segments- Create KPIs for every region/corporate center translating segment goals into personal targets, calculate fullfilment on a monthly bases- Keep data integrity and correctness in internal systems regarding business and risk segmentation, product and regional dimensions.
