  As an IT Project Manager on the IT Projects team at ALDI I am tasked with the dual role of project management and the further development of the IT PMO. Currently focusing on maturing process associated with with our project management program and building out the toolkit for PM’s within the organization. Additionally focused on the management of projects with US-based scope and coordination of initiatives with international stakeholders. Recent accomplishments include: Project management of initiative to deploy fiber internet and Cisco networking hardware to nearly 1,900 stores. Coordinated internal resources for equipment configuration, issue management and deliverable completion, as well as managing external partners for structure cabling and hardware deployment tasks. Managed the transition from a PBX phone system to a state-of-the-art cloud solution for internal call-centers and the subsequent development of CRM integrations. Collaborated with PMO colleagues to develop and deploy the initial phase of a standardized set of project management deliverables and processes for the IT organization. Executed training on the use and governance surrounding these processes. Currently planning and developing the future competencies and tools for the PMO’s growth and maturation. Show less In my role as a Specialist II on the Infrastructure Systems team I was responsible for Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange 2013. Supported the needs of the business by managing user accounts, authentication groups, Group Policy and the development of PowerShell scripts to audit US servers for compliance with IT business policies. As an Exchange administrator I was responsible for account management, adherence to best practices and end-user support. Other responsibilities included the composition and management of RFC's and RFP's, vendor management of national integration partners, and response to large and medium-scale IT incidents. Responsibilities also included CCTV and physical access control support and design. Also acted as a subject matter expert in these roles for projects associated with expansion and new office development.Major accomplishments in this role include the design and project management associated with the deployment of audio-visual technologies and the development of camera and access control design for a new IT campus.
