Responsible for recruiting 16-18 year olds onto the 3AAA Technology apprenticeship programme across the Yorkshire region for our academy in Sheffield. I attract potential learners in a variety of ways, I host open events to engage with young people, as well as promoting the programme to other training providers, schools and youth organisations. The role requires me to interview and select the young people to admit onto the programme and work together with our Recruitment Executive to prepare the young people for the workplace with CV workshops and mentoring.
