  Expansion and Marketing Director

  Seivailex is a Brazilian factory specialized in producing natural cosmetics using the extract of the Mate Herb as its active ingredient. The company was founded in 2000, and in 2013 I invested in the company becoming its Expansion and Marketing Director the following year. The first step was to rebrand the company, redesign all packaging and develop a new line of products called Home SPA, making our line of products achieve 115 SKUs. This done we (me, 2 partners and 4 managers) have traced a growth strategy and I've been responsible to open 6 retail stores in 2 different states, introducing the brand in São Paulo, the most competitive market in Brazil. Together with the fast expansion of the stores I started a PR plan to introduce the brand to all stakeholders, a social media marketing plan to increase brand awareness online and the e-commerce operation as well, making possible for our products to reach costumers in the whole country.   Head of Innovation and Business Building

  ADS Corporate Communications is one of the most traditional PR agencies in Brazil, having more than 45 years of history and international clients like illycaffè and Lego. There I had the chance to be the Head of Innovation and Business Building, implementing a new service (inbound marketing) into the agency portfolio. Marketing strategies, planning, budgeting and operations were some of my responsibilities. Leading a team of 5 senior professionals I had the chance to work with clients from different industries, like food and beverage, agribusiness, electronics, consultants and health. I was accountable for the P&L of all accounts of this new department and held a seat at the board together with the two partners and three associates of the agency. Show less
