Directed staff of 12 officers responsible for all administrative and operational tasking for a 700 person battalion deployed across 4 US states, two US territories and three foreign countries­ - Selected as “Best of Type” battalion­ - Awarded the Navy Commendation Medal • US Southern Command Central America Contingency Engineer. Provided operational and financial oversight for Humanitarian Assistance, Counter Narcotics, Human/ Weapons Trafficking, and Military Operations projects across the Caribbean, Central and South America­ - Awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal • 1st Marine Expeditionary Force Engineer Group Equipment (G-43) and Movement Control Officer (G-42). Recalled to Active Duty for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Presented plan to the CEO and corporate strategy officer. Directed to move forward with product commercialization. Nine patent applications (two awarded to date: 8101068, 8128786) in hydrocarbon processing and upgrading including two in shale fracture volumetric change detection (selected for presentation in during 2013 IEEE SYSCON Conference).- Business Development; as the Advanced Programs Engineer, served as the technical point of contact and system initial architect for all Enterprise R&D activities.
