Taking this legacy Swiss-heritage brand from manual processes to new age customer experiences, my role was exciting as it was challenging.Some of my projects were:• Industry's first fully-automated self-service web check-in and check-out solution digitally disrupting the usual long-queues at the front-desk.• Implemented Social Connect on website to identify visitors who used on-property free Wi-Fi offering them incentives to book direct on the website instead of with travel agents increasing revenue by 20%. • Wi-Fi concierge and guest services portal for targeting the dominant BYOD guest segment. These active customer touchpoints provided up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.• Domain migration from moevenpick.com to movenpick.com improving search visibility and increasing traffic acquisition by 35%.• Reviewed the digital landscape for all business units and created a consolidated digital transformation plan to optimize processes and reduce cost.Other responsibilities include website and eCommerce management for all Mövenpick brands along with developing the enterprise solutions architecture and application portfolio management.
