      - In the retail department I dispense patients of various profiles, from children to elders, and assist in finding them suitable glasses based on their desires and purposes. As a dispenser I deal with Pentax spectacle lenses: single vision, bifocals, occupational and multifocals.- As an Optical assistant in the clinic and retail departments, my main responsibilities are registering walk-in patients, fulfilling NHS forms, carrying out pre-tests such as retinal photography, testing eye pressures and vision fields. I am responsible for fitting appointments and collection of spectacles for single vision and multifocals with clear and tinted prescription lenses.- I am responsible for fitting, adjusting and making small repairs of the frames.- One of my main responsibilities during dispensing is also advising patients on designer frames such as Hugo Boss, Karl Lagerfeld, Red or Dead, Karen Millen, Max & Co, Moschino, etc.- As a Specsavers employee, I have been enrolled in an internal training and education programme where I attended a 5 day training seminar for new beginners in July 2015, and completed Cert 3 Dispensing Course for an Advanced Dispenser under Specsavers training programme in December 2015.
