      My responsibilities as my offices Account Manager is primarily to bring in new Escrow business from Real Estate professionals. My main source of business comes from Agents & Lenders, but I still call upon Attorneys, Transaction Coordinators and RE Assistants to help increase my chances of gaining a new client. I'm also responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with our current customers by providing customer service needs and educating my customers on effective tools to help expand their business. My point of focus is presenting new knowledge and perspective to my clients on how they can simplify their business model and increasing their client volume. I strongly believe anyone can be a sales person. It takes personality, determination and thick skin to be effective in sales. Being a great sales person is all about finding a passion for something in your field, some would call it your niche. You don't have to be passionate about everything your career entails, but having the ability to be passionate about one or some of your abilities will set you apart from the competition. My niche will always be helping my clients understand the new age ways of marketing their business.
