  My responsibilities included overseeing the design and installaion of Commercial Solar PV Systems, including the measured surveys of buildings, the production of Risk and Method Statements for the commercial building sites, and single point of contact with Clients. I was in control of costs for all of my projects and the allocation and management of site resources, with tough margin targets in a challenging economic environment.Other duties included the overseeing of statutory applications from the design team including G59 applications, roofit applications, planning/listed building consents and building regulations applications.I consistently delivered projects on time and in profit. Show less My role involves the full design of Solar Photovoltaic Systems for commercial buildings including office developments, agricultural buildings, housing estates and bespoke design work. This requires design work using CAD and Google Sketchup, as well as site surveys to establish the feasibility of a project, and gather the required technical information from measured surveys of a building. I also undertake planning applications for buildings that are outside of the permitted development boundaries, and sourcing of required equipment at competitive prices.I also assist in the design of electrical schematics for the projects and have a good understanding of electrical systems.
