  I provide monitoring and reporting technical support in UNEP as mandated by its Governing Bodies. In doing so, I engage project managers and senior management in developing key outputs in relation to strengthening project and programme oversight, undertake trends and impact analysis (including horizon scanning), support corporate reporting on programme delivery for compliance, accountability, informed decision making and transparency, strengthen in house capacity on evidence-based data management and reporting and improve knowledge management, communication and awareness. Achievements • Improved quality of monitoring and reporting to support timely results tracking, documentation and informed decision making by conducting regular briefings on evidence-based reporting. This has resulted in greater appreciation of UNEP’s reports to Member States and its Stakeholders for its content and relevance. •.Undertook a capacity building bilateral with multiple Member State delegations aimed at sensitizing them on the use on the UNEA resolution monitoring portal. This led to their increased uptake of UNEP resources and understanding of our intervention modalities resulting to multiple commitments from countries that they will begin reporting their progress in implementing resolutions.
