Managing and leading a team of 15 volunteers, organising many fundraising events over 5 months to raise money for Oxfam's charity in order to reduce global poverty by providing food & water, shelter, aid and better equality to those who need it the most.To manage the fundraising events leading up to the main festival, I liased with the marketing, production and finance coordinators and volunteers; working together across teams to maximise effectiveness through successful planning and execution.Festival day: £6000 raised for the charity, with 70 volunteers, 12 venues across Birmingham, and over 75 performing artists/bands over 16 hours.
